W. Scott Simpson established the law firm in 2007, to provide clients with the level of experience and creativity required in the modern business environment. Partners Howard Glick and Steve Burford were added in 2008 and 2009 to selectively broaden the scope of the firm.  Recently, Ann McMahan and Kay Kelly joined the firm as partners and provide a wealth of experience and talent in a number of practice areas. The firm is also pleased to have Professor Charles (Bo) Cole as of counsel.  Professor Cole has more than 45 years of legal experience including over 35 years spent as a distinquished professor at the Cumberland School of Law. Professor Cole has become a recognized authority in constitutional, legislative and judicial practice. Our lawyers have over 160 years combined trial experience, as well as an abundance of arbitration and mediation experience.
