Brad McGiboney joined the firm in August 2013 and his work ethic and impressive resume quickly earned him a promotion to partner in January 2015. Brad has been licensed to practice law in both Georgia and Alabama, and specializes in arbitration and civil litigation, including product liability, warranty and negligence, as well as commercial litigation, construction litigation, transactional work, business information, securities and contract preparation and disputes.
Brad brings a diversity of experience to the table in representing his clients. “We offer a vertical integration business model,” explained Brad, “that allows me to utilize my trial and arbitration experience in anticipating issues to contract and transactional preparation that often avoids future issues that may not be considered by clients.
Prior to graduating from the University of Alabama with Honors with a major in Accounting and a minor in English, Brad knew he wanted to practice law. Brad graduated from the University of Alabama School of Law in 2001.
Brad is also an active supporter of the American Diabetes Association, for which he served on the Tour de Cure Committee and completed a 100-mile bicycle ride to raise money for the American Diabetes Association. He also served as a member of the Magic City Art Connection.
