About Jesse:

Since joining the firm in 2016, Jesse Cash has focused primarily on commercial litigation, commercial contracts, labor and employment, and insurance coverage matters.  He was selected by peers as a 2017-2018 “Rising Star” in civil litigation by Thomson Reuters’ Super Lawyers publication.  Jesse holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Alabama and received his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Alabama School of Law.

Drawing on his significant litigation experience, Jesse regularly counsels clients regarding complex business and commercial transactions, negotiating and drafting the necessary documents to protect their investments and reduce risk of litigation.  He also regularly provides counsel and compliance training regarding various human resources issues, and prepares tailored policies and procedures to ensure best employment practices.

Jesse is a member of the Birmingham Bar Association Young Lawyers committee, and serves on the Junior Board for Better Basics of Birmingham, Inc.  He and his wife Rachel welcomed their son, Ryan, in January 2019.
