About Heather:

Heather joined the firm in 2019 bringing broad experience defending a variety of professionals in state and federal courts, as well as in arbitrations. Heather has prior experience defending design and construction defect cases alleging claims of professional negligence, breach of contract, and breach of warranty. Heather routinely represents manufacturers and retailers of manufactured homes, as well as manufactured home communities in Alabama and nationwide. The remainder of Heather’s practice is devoted to general representation of businesses and individuals in civil litigation.
